OpenSat was born in the year 2005 as a small familiar enterprise dedicated initially to the commercialization of satellite receivers. But the urge to grow and the illusion changed in very few years this small enterprise in what is today OpenSat. Just five years later, we are talking about a big company operating all over the world , but now with its own brand, AZBox. Under this denomination you find a vast range of DVB/IP and Media Player receivers with state of the art technology, that have all the characteristics and functions needed to satisfy the demands of a very competitive and ever changing market. These receivers, besides the obvious functions, are capable to play a large variety of files in different formats, that turns them is one of the most advanced multimedia players in the market. Without any doubt, one of the OpenSat strongest points is its incredible network of distributors with whom we work. The close relation between the company and its distributors configure a strategic point that makes the difference when it is time to talk about success. It is clear that part of this success is owed to them. The human capital with which we advance each day a bit further give its all to unite efforts and together reach the objectives. We have in our staff an incredible team of R&D that each day looks for ways to improve and develop our large products range. But, not all is based on having a great product.
